What is STATCLUB?
STATCLUB is a Medical Discount Program offered bySTATCLINIX for those without health insurance or with catastrophic coverage only. Our STATCLUB program now offers a simplified pricing structure which focuses on our ability to meet the needs of our patients with minor illnesses or more complex issues which many of the retail medical clinics are unable to provide. Recognizing that the economic changes have forced many employers to reduce or eliminate health care coverage for their employees, StatClinix offers a discount program that offers discounted rates for medical needs for you and your family members. This program can save you more than 50% on charges for care received at any of our Urgent Care facilities. For a small Annual Membership Fee, you will have the peace of mind of knowing that affordable quality health care is available when you need it!

STATCLUB members are eligible for the following visit fees:
- Basic Office Visit: $79*
- Complex Office Visit $99 *
(Example: Chest Pain, Complicated Abdominal Pain, Shortness of Breath)
- Lacerations: $129 - $259*
(Dermabond $129, Simple $199, Complex/Layer $259)
- Most Procedures $179 *
- All X-rays $50 per study
- Discounts on the cost of in house Medications, Lab Tests, EKG's and other procedures
*Additional Costs may apply Including medications, splint applications, DME, Vaccinations, treatments and procedures and lab tests sent to an outside provider.

Becoming a member
To become a member fill out the STATCLUB Registration form and bring it with you to any one of our STATCLINIX locations at the time of your visit.
Details & Requirements
* Payment for services is required at the time they are provided
* Membership cannot be combined with health insurance
* Membership is valid for one year from Membership date
* Membership in the program ends if you obtain insurance coverage
* Membership cannot be transferred
* Membership is non-refundable
* Not valid for administrative/school/camp physicals or Occupational Health Services
* Testing, Lab and x-ray services provided by an outside provider will be billed separately by the providing organization
